Welcome to Links! By creating an account or using the Links app ("the app", "we", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Links. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If we learn that a user is under 13, we will terminate their account and delete their data.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your device secure. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account. We do not verify the identity of users and cannot guarantee that users are who they claim to be.
You may delete your account at any time from the Edit Profile screen. Deletion is permanent and removes all your data, including your profile, links, messages, and photos.
We prohibit objectionable content and may remove content or accounts that violate these terms. You agree not to:
You retain ownership of the content you post on Links (photos, bio, messages). By posting content, you grant us a limited license to display it within the app as needed to provide the service (e.g., showing your profile to other users, delivering your messages). We may also review and use your content as necessary to operate the service, enforce these terms, and investigate abuse or safety issues.
We do not claim ownership of your content. We do not use your content for advertising. When you delete content or your account, we remove it from our servers.
We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Users can report objectionable content or behavior through the in-app reporting feature, and we will review reports promptly.
You can block any user at any time. Blocking prevents all interaction between you and the blocked user, including profile visibility, messaging, and discovery. We take user safety seriously and encourage you to use the block and report features whenever needed.
Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the app, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.
The Links app, including its design, code, branding, and logo, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the app as intended.
Links is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times, error-free, or secure. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the app (or any part of it) at any time without notice. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or behavior of other users, including interactions between users outside of the app.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
